My name is Sophie Melville, I am a multi award winning actress from Wales. I have worked extensively all over the world for the last decade in a variety of mediums including tv & film, stage, voiceover and video games. I come from an underclass background, I have dyslexia and ADHD and I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community. I want to talk about imposter syndrome in the arts, how to be real and true to yourself, utilising your differences, calling out discrimination and staying afloat.

Participants encouraged to bring a notepad and pen to do some self reflection.
